$250 for THREE NIGHTS… (Ok to choose which three, just leave it as you found it)
A verbal commit holds it for 24 hours, drop by a check at my place in Rochester to lock it in.
I'm offering up my cabin in the Naples area. Five acres of land, up on top of “Thunder Mountain” over looking the Honeoye Valley.
It's VERY quiet and VERY nice. Hot tub, marble counter, Tiffany lamps, leather furniture, fire pit, decks, pond…
It is 38 miles~ South of Rochester.

It's got a large bedroom which opens to a large, very personal deck looking down the hill. There’s an upper loft with a twin bed.
Very easily sleep 4 or just a cozy, romantic weekend for two. Lot's of trails to walk...

It's 8 miles to Naples, 9 miles to Honeoye and about 7 to Springwater.
If you know the area it's on the top of the Honeoye Valley looking East near Hariott Hollister Park.

This time of year, you likely won’t see a soul… It’s Heaven…

Of note... This is NOT for kids... Especially the loft.

Ok, that said... It's roughing it, but very very nicely. :-)
I am going to try to keep it heated all season for rentals. (Propane’s expensive, but if I have enough people interested I’m hoping it will pay for itself.)
You'll want to bring your own drinking water. There’s a flush toilet and basic shower. Hot water, (but it’s a small tank, shower quick.) J

There’s all the amenities of home, including stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, a blender for mixed drinks… (heck, I’ve even left some booze there for folks… J

The hot tub is outside and off the deck… It’s insanely beautiful at night with all of the stars in the tub.

The cabin is heated with propane and there’s wood burning stove. It warms quickly....

There’s TV, and DVD player. (The reception is so-so, but viewable. There’s quite a few DVD’s for your use)

YES. You may hunt if desired. I don't, but in season there's no reason you can't. Lot's and lot's of deer, a nice stream... etc...

There are a lot of trails for four wheelers, snowmobiles, hiking, horses, etc.

If it’s cold, a four wheel drive vehicle is best in snow. The cabin is at 2000 feet, so when it snows it SNOWS.
Even in the dead of Winter there’s still access. You just park off the road and hike, (or sled) down the hill.

I'm going to start booking asap. I'm asking $300 for a long weekend. (3 nights, ok to choose Monday or Friday if you like)
Sorry, I can't offer a discount if you are unable to use all three days.

I will however offer a $50 credit if I don't have to have the maid come up to clean it... If you can use it for the week it's $550 for seven nights. (Including the $50 cleaning credit)

Sooo.. If you can bring everything out that you brought in, and are willing to clean up a bit you're all in at $83/night... Not bad... :-)

I'm going to ask for a $300 security which will be refundable after a quick inspection.

At the moment, I'm unable to accept credit cards... But... That will change, ask me when you're inquiring about dates...

This is a REALLY nice place that you will LOVE...
